Abstract : Abstract – ThisSmart Local Operator Interface (LOI) simulator is the simulation application of the device that communicates over the serial communication and elicits the real time values in the transmitter and projects over the Simulation application. This paper conveys methodology for the application and its stipulationin Automation industry. Various algorithms are discussed in this paper that led to dynamic navigation flow with the input from the data base. Application of various Linked Listed data structure provides the data framework to the application. The second parameter ruminates is the serial communication and its coordination with the data base. The affix of the paper is on simulating the device connected over serial communication and creating the multi device adaptable application that can be used for simulating various operator interface. Using Smart data base management, hierarchical modeling of data and simulation real time reading is emphasized.
